Very relaxing journey of 5 weeks through ruta 40 and carretera austral, approx. 9.500 km
The tour: Santiago - Uspallata - Talampaya - Ruta 40 to the North: Cafayate - Cachi - Paso Abra del Acay – a few days break in Chile, San Pedro de Atacama – back to Argentina region Humahuaca - Ruta 40 to the South – Argentinian Switzerland – going on at ruta 40 until Esquel - Chile Carretera Austral until Puyuhuapi and back to the north until Chaitén – ferry to Puerto Montt – back to Santiago with stopover in Pichilemu.
It was our 2. Stay in Chile / Argentina. We will surely come back…
