With the camper through Chile, that has been our dream for a long time. But can you rent campers? In what state are you after two years of Corona? Is it safe to drive a car on the roads of Chile? Are you an extraterrestrial with a camper in Patagonia and Tierra del Fuego? Where do you stay? Not many campsites can be found by searching on Google. These and more questions kept us busy when planning our trip. But as soon as we booked our camper at Holiday Rent RV, our fears were allayed. The answers came quickly and professionally, the transfer and handover worked great. Timo's many explanations and tips enabled us to have a carefree journey through the wilderness of Chile and Argentina.
Our "Chischtli" took us everywhere and even withstood strong side winds (up to 70 km/h) without much effort. Away from the tourist paths, we were able to discover many beautiful landscapes and experience the fauna up close. The roads are great to drive on and the countless gravel roads are in good condition.
At the beginning it was unusual that the "campsites" didn't always have electricity or water, but the solar system on the camper and the large water tank made us independent of such trivialities.
Thanks to a reliable organization (Holiday Rent RV) and a Patagonia Camper 4x4 single cabin, we had a wonderful and relaxing time in Patagonia and Tierra del Fuego.
